As most of you will know I always have been and always will be a daddies girl.

He was always there to support and encourage me as I was growing up and I couldn't have asked for more from my dad. 

I am privileged that I got to care and spend the last few months of his life with him but more privileged and honoured to have had him as my dad.

He was strong til the end and tried to hide it from us when he was in pain always putting his family first and wanting to know we would be there for each other after he was gone.

I have loved reading everyones cards and beautiful words mostly commenting on dads lovely smile and how he teased everyone, Thank you for sharing your kind words and memories.

Dad I miss you more than I ever thought possible and will there will always be a part of me missing. 

Love you lots and as you said "See you in the next room"
